Overview

Loop Events helps Webflow teams automate recurring CMS event publishing. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect

  • Account details needed for authentication (such as email and user ID).
  • Webflow workspace/site references required to run your configured schedules.
  • Schedule settings, plan state, and run metadata (status, timestamps, errors).
  • Basic operational logs used for reliability, monitoring, and abuse prevention.

How We Use Data

  • To authenticate users and maintain access to the Loop Events app.
  • To execute scheduled CMS automation and show run history.
  • To enforce plan limits, billing lifecycle behavior, and app reliability.
  • To diagnose incidents, improve product quality, and provide support.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use infrastructure or payment service providers that process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Retention

We retain data for as long as it is required to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion where applicable.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. To request this, contact support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No internet service is entirely risk-free, but we continuously improve our controls.
